CastaldiPartners with Provost in the acquisition of the Swiss company Mega Stahl

CastaldiPartners, with a team composed of Gaspare Dori, Dominique Colella, Irene Malusà and Margherita Luppi, advised the Provost Group, a French leader in professional space planning and storage solutions, on its second strategic transaction in Switzerland, involving the acquisition of a majority stake in Mega Stahl AG.
